We submit claims on behalf of our patients to insurance companies we are in network with. This does not guarantee that your visit is a covered service with your specific insurance plan. Please know that it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to verify if we are in network with your plan, if your service is covered under your plan, and to know what co-payments and deductibles are associated with your plan.
Co-payments, coinsurance, and deductibles associated with your plan are payable upon receipt of invoice.
Patients with no insurance, or whose insurance does not cover the requested service, will be responsible for paying the entire fee before beginning the visit. Please contact the office for more information on self-pay rates.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and most HSA debit cards. We are unable to accept checks or cash for payment at this time.
